Exuma Beach
Exuma Beach is a luxury development located on the island of Exuma, Bahamas, consisting of 28 homes, carriage houses, coral infinity pools and an infrastructure including roads, below ground water storage and sewage disposal to subterranean caverns. The island, which was only recently accessible to commercial aviation, provided significant logistical challenges.
