History
Unified was founded by Rich Schoenberg with one small crew in 1993. He set out to create a full-service low-temperature construction company and develop professional crews and management, based on the highest standards of integrity, performance and reliability. Today Unified satisfies customers throughout the Chicago area and nationwide, building low-temp structures and relationships that pass the test of time.
